Slow Down and Connect:

Rediscovering the Joy of Non-Screen Hobbies

Project Overview

Driving Question:

"How can non-screen hobbies help children live healthier, happier lives and build stronger connections with the world around them?"

Summary:

In today's screen-heavy world, children face challenges related to their mental and physical health. This project encourages students to explore non-screen hobbies, investigating their benefits for well-being and relationships. Through research, interviews with family and community members, and reflection on personal experiences, students will uncover how engaging in hands-on, mindful activities can promote a healthier, more connected lifestyle.
